Chandigarh 10 May— A high level deligation comprising of S. Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa , S. Balwinder Singh Bhunder, S MaheshInder Singh Grewal, Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema and Mr Naresh Gujral will meet the Election Commissioner of India at 11.00 A.M on May 11 to submit a detailed memorandum on the prevailing circumstances in the Shahkot Assembly Constituency which is going to polls on May 28.
